Every channel, and how you use it.

Each one opens as a conversation in the inbox above.

Phone callsCall from your computer, the Custral phone app or your own cell. Calls are transcribed as you talk, a live call can move to another device, and on a support call both sides can prove themselves before contact details change.
VoicemailVoicemails arrive transcribed, so you can read them instead of listening.
EmailConnect Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox. Your team replies from shared inboxes.
SMSText customers from a number you buy in Custral. Photos work too.
Web chatPut a chat on your website. AI can answer first, then a teammate takes over. How the chat works ↓
SlackLink a Slack channel. Its threads land in your inbox, and replies post back.
MeetingsShare a booking page, embed it on your site, or put your open times straight into an email. How booking works ↓

One customer, one timeline.

  • Filed on the person

Their calls, texts, emails and chats sit on their record, in order.

  • One rulebook

Adding a channel doesn't add a second set of routing rules.

  • Stella reads all of it

Ask your AI teammate about any call, email or chat.

Who picks it up, decided once.

Write a rule once, then attach it to a team, a pool or every number you own.

Whoever answers first takes it.

  • A call is never assigned.

Nobody can be made to pick up, so it's offered or goes to voicemail.

  • Calls and chats wait for someone online.

Email doesn't, so an owner's mail still reaches them while they're away.

  • On call comes from the rota.

Worked out from the schedule and the clock, so nobody advances it by hand.

A chat that knows who's asking.

It answers from your website, keeps the chats it handles out of your inbox, and hands customers to the teammate who owns them.

A note about the page they're on, an Ask bar at the foot of it, and a chat that opens ready to type.

Light on every page. Your site loads a 7 KB script, and the chat loads when a visitor reaches for it. On a phone it fills the screen.

Put your free times inside the email.

Type /meeting and Custral writes the times you're free. Each one books on click.

Then the meeting itself. The meeting bot joins your video call and records it. The transcript, summary and notes land on the conversation, as they do for a call.

Questions, answered plainly.

Does Custral send my email for me?

It sends through the mailbox you connected, so your reputation stays yours. A new domain still needs warming, and Domains settings show which records are missing.

What does one inbox actually mean?

Every channel writes the same kind of conversation, so routing, assignment, outcomes and Stella work the same way everywhere. A person's calls, texts and emails sit together on their record.

How do agents know a caller is who they say they are?

Start a handshake and Custral emails the contact two words for your agent to say out loud, and a six-digit code for them to read back. Until they read it back, while the call is live, their email and phone can't be changed and their record can't be shared or deleted. A lead can override with a written reason, and every attempt is logged.

Do I still need Calendly?

Event types, booking pages, embeds, team distribution, reminders and cancellations are built in, and the times can go straight into an email you're writing.

Which calendars does booking check?

Every calendar on the connected account, not only the primary one, so a shared or subscribed calendar still blocks the slot.

One inbox, and it sends as you.

Connect a mailbox, buy a number, publish an event type.
