Questions about Stella
Does everything wait for approval?
In Stella, by default, until you switch to Auto or always allow an action. Agents that start on their own don't pause, and the website chat's answer bot can only search your website and docs.
Can Stella see the page I'm on?
With the Chrome extension, yes. Stella sits in Chrome's side panel and reads the page when you send a message, and while a page is attached every change it proposes waits for your approval. See the Chrome extension →
What happens when a customer wants a person?
The website answer bot hands the chat to a teammate when a visitor asks for one, or when it can't find an answer.
How does it learn how we work?
Write rules and skills yourself, or install a kit and edit every line of it.
Will it make things up?
For a LinkedIn, X or GitHub profile it searches, checks the match against the name and company, and leaves the field empty if it can't confirm one.
